REFUND POLICY
All items except cigars come with a thirty da Return requests must be made to ekrenterprises@yahoo.com within thirty days of receipt for return authorization and address to return item. Items must be returned complete and unused with all original packaging. Due to the free shipping, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns will be in the form of a credit to the original credit card used at time of purchase only and will be made within ten working days of reciept of returned item.
Cigars are a matter of personal taste and as such are not returnable.
Manufacturers warranties are the sole responsibility of the individual manufacturers. Warranty items are not returnable to
the seller.
Damaged in shipment claims must be made through the delivering carrier.
